I moved to Archstone Van Dorn (now Park Place at Van Dorn) in June 2003. Overall, I really like it here and have no plans to move. Luckily, I haven't had any serious maintenance problems since shortly after I got here. From my experience, RREEF management has promptly responded to the minor problems I've had in my apartment. Currently, my only complaints are an increase in littering throughout the complex and a noticeable increase in dog owners who don't obtain disposal bags from the Paw Pal stations to pick up after their dogs. As a result, I and other dog owners have to dodge dog droppings in nearly every dog walk area within the complex. Unfortunately, RREEF management has not been very consistent with reinforcing the responsibility of dog owners to clean up after them. There is supposed to be enforcement of a fine for violators, but apparently it's not much of a deterrent. It seems that there is a decline in tenants and guests of this complex who respect the environment and their surroundings.
