Just heard today that the rude employee is now going to another property to be a manager. YEAH, hopefully the next person won't be so LAZY!!!!!!

It is obvious this person has more issues than with Terri. I am proud to announce that Terri is now the Property Manager for Park Place at Van Dorn. She has been nothing but helpful since we have been here and we believe that her hard work has paid off. Congratulation to her!

I feel sorry for PP@VDs renters if that's the case. Cheryl was unprofessional, but at least she didn't lie to me to my face (that I know of)to get me to sign a lease. Terri was very helpful prior to signing the lease. After that, good luck getting her to even make eye contact to pretend she was going to help you.
