Good, spacious apts. That's pretty much the only good thing I have to say about the place.

Mgt lied to us when we were moving in about various things, and we've heard the same thing from other tenants. They're just like a bunch of kids trying to play grown-up, and doing it badly.

You can only hope with maintenance. They might think it's important and send someone right out. Or they might wait days to send someone, like when I had rain coming in my window. As long as it wasn't messing up the property, it wasn't a big deal that it was landing on my furniture.

So not worth the money to have to deal with that group in the front office.

We had similar experiences. Leaky windows ruining furniture that were ignored. No one cared.
