Park Place at Van Dorn formerly Archstone Van Dorn
< | >
I just moved out of Park Place about a month ago. If I was going to keep renting I would never have moved out. It was clean convient, and maybe I'm on crack or something, but the ladies in the front office are nothing but helpful. The public ammendities are alwasys clean and the trash cans all over the property rarely get full. They built a dog park to make their residents even more fufiled. Park Place to you I give a 10!!

1. What trash cans? If you mean the dumpster, it is always overflowing, often to the point of having trash stacked all the way around the corner to the recycling so it is visible from the street! And the rodents are huge that live back there. As for the amenities always being clean -- have you used that car wash lately? The vacuum has been broken since May! |

If you walk behind buildings 6020, 6026, 6028 and 6032, WATCH YOUR STEP. Some dog owners don't use the Paw Pal waste stations with free pick up bags to clean up after their pets. It's not out of control, though, because I think that Reuben who empties the waste stations also cleans up the grounds as much as possible for the negligent dog owners who don't. |

The front office is full of yuppie, incompetent sycophants. Syrupy sweet to your face, with a lie on the tongue. I hate dealing with their insincerity.
