There's a reason why you see this repeated through the reviews. It's because it's true. They're suck-ups until you sign the lease, and then you're a necessary evil.

I hate this place.

And watch you (Prk Place) try to charge them for the remainder of the lease amount and then rent it out to someone else. yeah, good idea. You may have people over a barrel, but that isn't going to stop them from telling everyone the crap that you pull.
