First and foremost. I think one thing that every person that has made a post here has forgotten... This is a dam rental property!! This aint Burger King. You cant have it your way. If you want it your way go and buy h house. Are there problems here. Yes there are. Can anyone tell me of an apartment complex that does not have any problems''...... Don't think so. I have NEVER had a problem with any of the people in the office. Did any of these people with problems go in with an attitude and show their ass.. I have delt with people for over 15 years in a professional area. I can tell everyone this. If you go in with a attitude you will get an attitude... You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar!! If you don't want to hear any noise from neighbors buy a house!! Its an apartment people get your heads out of your anus and remeber that!!

For the price this complex is charging, we have a right to peace and quiet as provided for in the lease rules. If you really were so good at dealing with people, your responses wouldn't indicate what an ------- you are.

Yet another example of management attempting to skew the results of the ratings. Seriously, how many renters would get this bent out of shape from criticism of the management? And it's nice to see what they really thing -- people with complaints are simply "bitching and moaning" and should just get out a buy a house if they aren't satisfied. Lovely.
