Like others have said, we found that once you sign the lease, you're pretty much on your own. We had leaks that damaged our furniture that were never attended to -- and they pretty much said that the damage was our problem, as it's covered by our renters insurance. I don't have a problem with the initial leak; I have a problem with the fact that they never repaired it. Shouldn't they be responsible to correct the problem'' Shouldn't they make it so that I don't have to move all my furniture away from that window for the duration of my time there'' Since it came in on a tiled floor, they didn't care, so they didn't fix it.
This is the most expensive place in the area, and yes, I darn well expect better service as a result. The office staff is full of kids who need to be sent back to day care or management school.
There's no way I'd recommend this place to anyone. Not anyone I liked, anyway.

This is similar to our experiences as well. No one cared about our things being damaged when we had a leak.
