I had a bad experience here. Lots of them, to be honest.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of interest in safety. I called about the strong smell of gas in the apartment; they said that it was normal. And when the CO detector went off, they said they'd send someone. My family went outside to wait in the dead of winter and it was nearly an hour before someone showed up. The guy said to just ignore it next time.
I can't tell you the number of times the fire department showed up because people's CO alarms were going off.
Also, we had lots of bugs -- they said they'd sprayed, but they were still plentiful.
And we had a leak that was never fixed the whole time we lived there. We'd get a puddle on the floor if it rained hard. Someone came in and took a look a few weeks after we reported it the second or third time, but he didn't fix it -- just looked at it.
As apts go in this area, it's one of the nicer ones, but if you can live in a different area, I'd recommend it.
Oh, and what everyone says about the office staff was accurate, IMO. They'd lie to your face while smiling. I wouldn't go back -- you can rent a townhouse and have a yard and some privacy for less than what you'd pay for one of the bigger apartments here.
