I've noticed a big change in service from the mangement staff in the last year...It doesn't feel much like home any longer and frankly over-priced for the service you get.It became very clear when I found this site and read the response from the RReff manger the probable reason...renters a simply a number on a spread sheet (just get the units filled). She probably has low expectations from the office staff. Their attitudes seem to be very similar.
I had a visitor recently comment that the over all "feel" had changed and not in a good way.

This is a strange post since up to this point I sort of had the impression that many of the issues with management were during the Archstone days as opposed to the "new" management. Can you elaborate on this point?
