No I am NOT an Employee NOR AM I on SECTION 8!!! I have been here a year and beg to differ! Everytime I interact with the office staff I have a wobderful experience. maybe I don't have some of the issues other residents seem to be having but i can say without a doubt I aleays get subperb customer service from either Terri, Cedrick, Damon or anyone else I have come in contact with.

Quite frankly, it is obvious that if you are not working for this company, you are one of the low-rent Section 8 renters who is bringing down the quality and lifestyle of this complex. YOur credibility is suspect. And I have had positive experiences with Terri, but the rest coouldn't care less AFTER they've rented to you. Damon specifically hung up on us and then lied and said we were disconnected, but what he didn't know is that my husband was standing in the office when he hung the phone up on me. He's lucky he didn't get more than harsh words and a strong warning from my husband. And the fire truck came to the complex at least three times a week for gas leaks. EXTREMELY dangerous! To confirm, call the Fairfax Fire Department (In Kingstowne) and ask them about the multiple visits to Park Place. Easily confirmed.

I lived there last year, and I know this to be true. I lost count of how many times I was awakened by the lights from the fire trucks coming to check on gas leaks in those apartments. I hated living there! So glad to be gone!
