I moved out of an Archstone apartment and into Park Place because I hated the management at Archstone. Park Place is wonderful. Their office staff acts quickly whenever there's a problem, and the management is very responsive to customer wishes. They recently extended the hours of the free shuttle to the metro and the cyber cafe (which offers free tea and coffee). They are constantly making improvements to the property. Sounds like an advertisment from the mangement staff...keep writing them, you need to boost your rating some how. I certainly isn't based on your service

Wasn't Park Place prevoiusly named Archstone? I'm not sure I follow how you moved out of an Archstone apartment into a Park Place unit. Also, what date did the management change? That would be helpful knowing.
