It's a nice place overall, not as ghetto as most other places in Alexandria, but you're going to have to pay for it. It's in a great area and the apartment looks very nice, but I'm on the first floor and there are A LOT of bugs! Mostly ants, but they are everywhere and no matter how many times I complain to the front desk, the bugs remain. It's a very quite place and there a lot of families and people walking their dogs and such. The walls in my apartment have a clicking coming from them from the utilities and it's hard to get used to. Most likely you won't hate it, although you'll wonder if it was really worth that much money.

The "clicking" is water hammer from the pipes.
