Park Place after two years. Remember this is a big dog's allowed community! From: KMannick@hotmail.com Date posted: 8/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   We finally decided to move out of Park Place after two years. It wasn't an easy choice as Park Place was very nice, especially the shuttle to the metro and the dog park, but for the money they where asking and the drive to Maryland I have we did. The apartment, we had a two bedroom on the third floor, was nice enough, with plenty of room for myself, my wife and our shepard. The neighbors were ok. There are alot of kids, and way too many unsupervised teenagers. We ran into too many people who didn't like dogs let along large dogs. So before signing a lease, please do remember this is a big dog friendly community. If you don't like dogs, let along large dogs don't rent here. If you do decided to rent don't freak out and complain about them. We only had one problem in the two years we where there, which they fixed in less then 24 hours. The repair staff is great, very friendly, always willing to work with you on when they can stop in. The office staff is pretty much indifferent. I would give this place 4.5 stars, but I had too many problems with parking. There isnt enough of it. I would come home late from work or school and find no where to park. I would often have to park outside the gates.
