Hello I have been living here at Park Place at Van Dorn for a couple of months now and I can honestly say that I don't have any complaints. Whenever I contacted maintenance, they came the next day promptly to fix my problem. I wish they had elevators at the buildings but I guess that's a way for me to get some excercise since I live on the top floor. Also, if you have children and you live on the top floor, you may get complaints if they run in the apartment or jump out of their bed. My neighbor came up to complain to me but that was when I first moved in. I guess they got used to it, but I did tell my son to keep it down. But for the most part, I like these apartments and if you are thinking about moving here, do so. These apartments are a little pricey, but if you can afford them, I would recommend them. Parking is ok if you get in the house early because after dark, you might have to park a ways away from your place. Also I do think there can be some more lighting
