I moved in a few months ago & I love it! I feel like the people with negative things to say just generally enjoy complaining.. I live near the entrance of the community where some are complaining there is no parking.. I get home everyday around 6pm and find parking fine.. Yes sometimes if I get in later I may not get the premium space in front of my building but a short walk is not going to kill me, especially when parking is FREE!

I have not had any problems with noise. My neighbors are great.. Plus, I figure since every apartment comes with a washer/dryer the insulation must be decent bc I never hear anyones running..

I've had 1 maintenance issue since living here and it was fixed within 1 or 2 days without any problems....

I think a lot of people that have negative things to say and come on here to complain bc they enjoy complaining.. I love Park Place and all of my neighbors seem to be happy as well [we chat often at the dog park :)].. I think I made a great choice!

Isn't it in the realm of possibility that someone has a different experience from you? Instead, you just assume the person "likes complaining." What an obnoxious thing to say -- I would imagine someone working in the office would say something like that...
