Renewed - or at least tried to renew- for another 12 months at the end of August. The renewal did not go through until the beginning of October. It took multiple calls and visits to actually ensure that they were processing the lease. For the month of September we were listed as 'month to month' even though the renewal offer letter had been submitted prior to the deadline. I'm not sure why this took a over a month to resolve.

The management company has changed in the last year from JBI to Bozzuto. They still advertise a cardio theater however the TVs were taken out of the gym at the beginning of 2009. Not sure what's "cyber" about the Cyber Cafe as the internet does not work in there. Parking is at the far end of the complex, farther away from Van Dorn unless of course you return really really late at night in which case you'll have to park a few spaces further but still not terrible.

The location seems great if you just want to hop on 495 or you are going south on Van Dorn towards Kingstowne. There is also a shuttle to Van Dorn Metro if you commute during the hours it runs. IF you need to travel north on van dorn towards the city of Alexandria and Arlington you should probably look elsewhere unless you like fighting your way across the intersection of Oakwood and Van Dorn or barely moving down Van Dorn. Fortunately, this usually clears up after 9am.
