Very, very bad and expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Look somewhere else if you can help. The place is not very clean or organized. There is always noise either from the neighboors above or from people outside. The building management does a wonderful job charging for everything, but does not keep the building clean or maintained. There are always light bulbs not working and the parking lot a night can be scary.
