These apartments seem to be run by slumlords. The apartments are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. But they want their rent on time. They need to get someone in the upper management office to stay on the premises for about a month. They need to put someone in there that actually cares about the tenants and not treat them like animals as they do. If I had another place to go at this time I would. Drugs are running rampant on the property. But yet nothing is being done.
