I'ts the worst apartment I've been in around the Beltway. The maintenance service is lousy. It takes days to fix things. Some residents pay for water while others don't. There's no water meter in the apt. The parking is horrible. I believe Management is working with the Tow people. They change the stickers often so they can tow your car from your assigned parking space. The building hallways are not kept up and there are a lot of loiteres in front of the buildings. Don't waste your money or time at Parkwood Court.
