Living there is a nightmare.

Everything "gimme a break" said is so true. Roaches,silverfish,crickets and roly poly bugs all over the place. I'm so out of there when my lease is up it's not even funny. Staff is very,very unprofessional, they tell other people business, I've been in the office to drop off my rent and hear them talking about the tenants like a tenant isn't standing a foot away.

Maintence is real slow, they eventually get it done but they seem to stand around drinking coffee and eating donuts.Trash builds up and is an eyesore. Parking is terrible. You can hear all your neighbors through either ceiling or the walls.

I would NOT recommend my friends and family to this property not until they get some professional people there and get rid of the uninvited guests.

lol im sorry not laughing at the originator of this post but at the freak who posted a response . the person was just calling it as he/she saw it and i saw the same thing . and i think we know who u are responser. and yea i know what its like to be a mgr for the last ten yrs ive been one .
