Have lived in a studio, then PAID to upgrade to a one bedroom! Rent has gone up more times I can remember and management has changed so often you never know who you are going to be dealing with. Terrible pest control, ground are dismal to say the least and are never clean! I have gone three years without having my filters changed(Ihave bought my own)and they wonder why the units never work!
Noise is terrible; I can hear the person below me snoring!!
Laundry rooms are filthy,some tenants use trash can as their personal garbage cans.
The community could be nice if they took a little more care!!
Can not wait to get out of this dump!!
Not to mention the harrassment coming from tenants from the other side if the complex who regularly let their kids out at all hours of the day AND night. REALLY FED UP!! No police follow-up no nothing!!
