I have stayed in this horrendous community due to convenience for my kids. But now it is time to go. And when you complain about to terrible conditions or about staff the drum up a reason the evict you. Plumbing, air conditioning and just overall buidling mantinance is awful.
If you are thinking of moving to Parkwood run in the opposite direction. Managers come and go every few months maintenance have stolen from apartments in the past. Appliances are old-old-old and they refuse to replace tghem unless they die, like my outdated refrigerator has done.
Best of luck to new tenants and if you are there leave!!!!!!! Because I am leaving in a week!!! Ya!!!!!
