I just moved here about a month ago. So far, despite what the ratings say, I enjoy it. I have seen a few roaches but I believe you will see them when you live in an apartment. My apartment is very big and it is clean. The new management seems to care and wants to make changes for the better. They are in the process of fixing up the grounds so the landscaping is looking better. I do not hear my neighbors so I don't know what that other person was talking about. Also, the leasing person (Kathy I think her name is) is very nice and helpful. This is a very good neighborhood for my children and I like the schools that they go to. The officer that they have is strict but I think at this property, it is needed so people will get the point that we all want this community to be a better place to live. All and all I would recommend Parkwood Court Apartments and have done so to my friends and relatives.

You see roaches in most apartments that propertys don't maintain. The new management seems to want to make changes for hte better by doing what? making rules that nobody can keep track of? You gotta b kidding me right? The landscaping could look better but if they got a regular groundsman that would help to keep it clean ALL the time. You may not HAVE neighbors but I hear mine all the time!! They curse each other every day about why the problems in THEIR apartment weren't fixed. they both obviously call the rental office but those tickets aren't being written up so there is no follwo through at all!! Kathy was nice but they fired her too but she's still living on property. The schools are good schools, we are, after all in one of the richest counties, you'd thinkt hat they could afford to pay to fix all the air conditioners by now cuz we suffere with the same problems every year. Why would you set your friends and family up like that? Really, really sad. They're gonna disown you shortly.
