Parkwood Court Apts are not being maintained and Louana the Office Manager is a nasty vendictive witch. If you conplain about lack of service more than once she tries any way she can to get you evicted. The pool is not being cleaned regular. You can hear your neighbors above and below you very well. The plumbing and electrical systems are constantly in need of repair however it takes weeks sometimes months to get your repair needs taken care of if at all.

I agree!! she's the worst and tell me why she's still got a job?? Now they put that bright red mulch down - doesn't the city use that when there are a lot of rodents? Yeah, the pool is open now but how long will that last? Neighbors would want to be quiet cuz I hear mine doing things that should be left for the porn industry!! And OMG, they repair everything on a molasses schedule and they don't even fix stuff right. when will they get some knowledgeable maintenence guys here or are can't they afford that? between the high rent and fines, they should have the money to pay for the problems to get fixed! I don't recommend parkwood to anybody!
