Property Manager: Discriminates, Dishonest, Disrespectful, Humiliating, Immature, Obscene, Name Calling, Nasty, Not Trusted, Racist, Revengeful, Rude, Scary, Unfair, Unkind, and Unpredictable. The Property Mgr. has cause problems with old/new residents intentionally. And by the way she is NEVER WRONG and will not apoligize or excuse herself. The Property Mgr. is a walking bomb. Too many residents are complaining about the Property Mgr. it is unbelievable. The Property Mgr. tries to find all types of ways to evict residents. Also I've met a nice resident here who was moving and the Property Mgr. found a way to evict her in the process of her leaving. She made plans to move on her own and wasn't renewing her lease because she planned to move away to upgrade on her own. By having an eviction notice of coarse hurts your file and recommendations. The Property Mgr. found something to slap her with and proceded to evict her. That was cruel. So if you plan to leave on your own watch your back too. If you try to challenge her or have a voice, she puts her hand in your face over talk you and doesn't want you to say anything back or you better watch your back because you will get slammed with some type of notice. I wonder what the Property Mgr. puts in your file with this obvious behavior' How can a job title position handle the job that comes with it in this unprofessional way' How do you handle anything with this type of behavior of threats and the littlest outraged of over reacted on any little thing that can be found by her only' There isn't any perfect person on this earth. But don't speak back even in a low tone of an inside voice because she will yell and argue and blow things up. I don't advise anyone to kiss her rear because she will judge you and that's it and walk all over you in anyway. She talk bad about ( ) she says they're dirty, and I'm pretty sure other races too. But hey isn't she BRAZILIAN thats hispanic too right''' Everyone in any race lives differently within their own life, there is no such thing of who is better than who.

Parkwood court apartments is livable it has its own issues. I advise new comers to see to the property for themselves to determine where and how they want to live. The issues here with the property can be handled in the right manner. It just takes a lot of time. Honestly it is not a permenant spot. New comers has to decide what fits their income. Alexandria is a expensive place to live. I'm thankful for having a place to live and for everything I have and god has given me. You have to work for what you have. (Needs & Wants)

Maintenance is overworked as you can see from the residents that live here. And how many maintenance men work here' They have all of these apartments to attend to. Of course emergencies will be put first. My opinion about the property that they can only fix things on what is given to them, no one can control that but the Property Management to upgrade. They're living on the property with the same issues we all have here. Their skills and experience that they've brought from being trained will have a better apt. then us. We just as residents need to enforce things. From reading one of the reviews about them hitting on women and having sex with them. My opinion is: it is how you conduct yourselves and the respect that is given from you. I think this should be confronted to management of who is getting over on patiently waiting forever work orders that needs hasn't been met. I do agree with the money that this property is making that they deserve uniforms for them and residents. Who wants to have some new unidentified man/woman that we havent't been introduce to knock on your door, enter, walking on the property'

Well it sounds to me like this place has gone way down hill since I left one year ago. Thank God I got out when I did. They're still trying to collect from me, but they thought they could and they can't for I no longer live in Virginia. With the high cost of living anymore, you would think that these apartment property managers and complex owner have respect for tennants and the outragous amount of money tennants put out to have a nice place. But they don't care, they just take your money and do nothing.

oh my goodness people there need to find a way to come together and save their community from Luella or whatever her name is! I don't live there anymore but i remember how terrible she was, and this seem to have gotten worse instead of better. how could there be so many negative reviews on here saying exactly the same thing and yet, nothing has changed? you all live right by each other, don't be afriad! strike up a conversation and know your rights as a renter! i love my new community, anything seems golden after living in that dump. but really now, something HAS to be done. remember, there is strength in numbers!
