Moved in earlier this year, and I feel that the management staff has been more than helpful with any problems I've had so far (which can be many when first moving into a new place). They have taken a proactive role lately on issues which is comforting. I am unsatisfied with the lack of renter screening that I've noticed. But the size of the units for the price is a hard deal to match.
