I lived on the 15th Floor from 2002 to 2003. Roaches all over the place. The neighbor had a child that I swear is a upcoming marthon racer. I heard her running back and forth all the time. When I complained to the parents, they could care less. My other neighbor (who had an end unit) blasted his horrible music every day. He didn't care either. He was a first class jerk. High condo fees. My best day at the Pavillion, was when I moved out. Thinking about moving in' DON'T.

Great review about your neighbors- unfortunately this isn't neighborratings.com. Wish that people were more specific in these reviews and didn't just say things like "my nieghbors sucked and there were roaches all over the place." This isn't a place for venting your frustration - it's a peer to peer resource to help people find a new place to live.
