I've been living in Pavilion on the Park for a year and a half. and find it a very nice place to live. Last year they had exterminators do the entire building, floor by floor on a a schedule working from top to bottom and I've seen no roaches since then. Building is well maintained, parking is adequate and the few times I've asked the maintenance people to do something they were very responsive.
I haven't used the pool but seems nice and the exercise room on site is well equipped and generally available. Being right across from the Park give you a nice place to walk or jog.
I very seldom hear my neighbors but lets be honest, that may be a matter of luck. Everyone in the building seems considerate. Rent includes all utilities.
