Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Price is undervalued below market in Alexandria because shoddy construction, nothing works, appliances are all broken, walls in need of repair, do you really want to buy and live in place or be a landlord of place where tenants think is HELL' Tenants will drive you crazy with complaints.
