Oh my, I cannot wait to get out of here! All the commotion, chaos, lies and problems! I am still renting so I am invisible to the NEW staff. Has anyone seen the new redesigned office' It?s where all the salesmen(they are all thin attractive well mannered males in thier early 20?s)hang out and the potential buyers are smoozed and intertained before they are swindled into buying a money pit(unit). I wonder how much sales expierence these saleman have obtained. The property manager?s office has been reduced dramactically. It?s been pushed back to this tiny matchbox suite located on the third floor on the side of the building. If you blink, you might miss it. I plan to move across to 3001, just like many former Pointers. This weekend I was home and heard all the noise many are complaining of. My main complaint is that the appliances don?t work and it has taken weeks to months IF they repair it, and that is after several calls from me to remind them that I have in a service call. My parking space has been reassigned 3 times in 60 days. There is valet parking for the potential buyers but there are present residents that have to park on the street because parking is so chaotic. It took 3 months for my dryer to be repaired and it still does not work properly. When my toilet overflowed I was actually told that it was not considered urgent, so I was not able to flush it for 2 days. After it was repaired, I got a some what apology and was told that they were not aware that I was in a 1 bathroom unit(don?t that have maps and floorplans of the apartments'). Management?s solution is to install marble floors, valet parking, new roofs and a new luxury sales office. Are they oblivious to what REALLY needs repair INSIDE the units' All this exterior is to pull the wool over innocent buyers. I don?t expect to get my deposit back without a fight.
