I'm one of the actual residents that was forced to park on the street. I had to park my SUV on the street for 3 damn weeks due to the incompetence of the new staff. I have always paid for reserved garage parking. But while they repair pipes they decided to assign me to another tenant?s reserved space. Needless to say, I started getting these vulgar and threatening notes on my windshield whenever I would park in my new assigned space. So I took it upon myself to park on the side street and Copeland's. I contacted the office in person asap, then followed up with several memos regarding this issue. They turned the other cheek and neglected to resolve the issue. Management never attempted to contact me with a new reserved space. I informed them that I was left to park in the street but I am still paying to park in the garage. NEEDLESS TO SAY......THEY DID NOT CARE. Just today did I get this matter resolved, and that is only because Dedria is back as the new property manager. I got my first view of the new and improved leasing office and the new sales team. My thoughts are......I bet every sales pitch starts with a lie and ends with an even bigger one.
