Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Too much money for the quality of the place..
they spend too much renovating the lobby instead of the appliances and appearances of the apartments themselves.

The parking garage was a dangerous place...falling pipes, leaking water...
and our cars were broken into twice!
