The management is terrible. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service and the downright rude behavior displayed by the people at the front office. I needed clarification on where I was supposed to park, and they could not give me any. This is a easy problem to solve- just keep a roster of who parks where. Its not like fixing a gas leak or funding a huge construction project. Its a matter of keeping office records organized and good managment. If the managment can't even keep a record of who parks where, how can they keep a record of payments and fees' The managment is sloppy.
I would highly recommend to anyone that is considering moving here - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Most people that live there have good jobs and don't need to come home to crappy second-class management that can't keep their records straight.
Be smart- buy a condo or go to 2001 Park Center.
