We have lived in this place for almost two years and I can honestly say that the first year was great. Since the complex transitioned to a condominium with new management, it has been horrible to live here. We have light fixtures that has not been fixed, an alarm right outside our door that buzzes all the time which makes our situation very inconvenient. Parking is horrible. They relocated our parking temporarily due to the construction and when you park at the new location, someone is already park there. You don't have a choice but to park at the visitor parking. The next day we called to let them know the reason why we parked in that spot and was told by the management that it was "FINE" then to find out, you have a ticket on your car. Another reason we moved here was due to the fact that we feel safe that it is gated. The gate has been broken for almost a year now and it's still not fixed. As far as the management goes, I can't begin to describe the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, and the unethical staff. It is revolting to live in this complex. Not too long ago that our apartment was bought out and switched over to a new landlord. It's been hell ever since then. We can't get a hold of our new landlord for an order ticket and when we try to call the property management office, no one answers the phone. Have been trying to get a hold of the management for weeks no one is available and No one acknowledge the messages that I left. When you try to call the maintenance office, no one answers the phone either. This is just ridiculous and disgusting. I will not recommend this place for the bad reasons, nonetheless the management is just awful.
