I am a tenant who has been living here for three years now, and I am upset to be reading the nasty things that have been written about this place. I can only imagine that the reason for your discontent is the fact that the community was purchased and we were given notice to either buy our unit or vcacate at the end of our lease. I know that several of my neighbors and myself have decided to stay and buy our units. I have really enjoyed living here and I know that all the improvements that have been made and are currently being upgraded are making the place soooo much better than it was before. In the process of new management taking over there have been a few inconveniences, but for the most part it has not been bad. Some of the things I have read about are unfairly being distorted and I don't want people to be misled. The new management has put in new machine gates at the property entrance and exits, and new controlled access systems. They just sent out a notice that the doors would be operational very soon. Parking has only been an issue when they have temporarily moved us to pave or to repaint the lines. They've replaced the roof on all the buildings which has stopped any leaks. Too much has been upgraded to list and condo fees are half that of places around the area. If you are unhappy here you should leave. Good luck findinga nicer place.
