To those who post their experiences. Thank you. I decided not to buy this condo or anything from Crescent Heights properties. They sound really shady, inefficient, and arrogant. Also, in each of Crescent Heights property reviews, I see complaints of noise, crime, faulty repairs, shoddy contruction, confusing (and expensive!) parking arrangements, illegal entering ...the list goes on. Thank you posters. Not only did I learn about this property but about the entire management company.
