It could be that I'm bitter because I moved in and not even a month later was told I will need to move the next year because they will be selling the complex as condos. Since that day, not much has gone right. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, and are quick to be rude to the 'renters' because we do not want to buy the crappy apartments. The parking is horrible, workers are loud (even on weekend mornings), the maintenance is unheard of, and it is definitely not worth the money they expect people to put into it. I really start to get angry when I sit and think of the excuses and lies I have been told by the management.
