Key fob clarification

Earlier review stated "They have a gated access, but for over a year that gate has been left open 24/7. What's the point' They recently said they were going to start closing it again at 7pm every night, but they're only going to issue one key fob to each apartment. Ever heard of a married couple living in a one bedroom' Do you think we might need two key fobs' Apparently not."
This is not entirely true as each 1BR apartment is provided with one keyfob and a 2BR is provided with two keyfobs. If a married couple lives in a 1BR apartment, they can simply purchase another keyfob for $50.
