Pretty nice--not enough visitor parking

I'm not sure where all the vitriol in a lot of the other comments ins coming from. I lived in the apartments for 3 1/2 years from 1997-2001, and never had any major complaints. The general trim level was very nice for an apartment, although probably nothign special for a condo.
The location is phenomenal--you can be on the mall in 10 minutes by car, or down at Ptomac Mills in 20 (barring traffic, of course.)
Two main concerns: first, there's limited parking even for residents, and effectivley *no* guest parking. This is extremely inconvenient--don't live here if you want to have friends over often or host parties. Second, although the community is gated, there were some problems with car thieves, especially in the underground lots. (I think 2 or 3 cars were stolen while I was there.)
But on the whole, I think it's a good location, nice environment, and a pleasant living experience. Whether it's worth the price as a condo, I can't say.
