As a new owner I would be leary of some of the comments. Many went through the conversion phase which is often painful. The maintenance has been very good. Prompt attention everytime I called, even on weekends.Parking is difficult if you have more than 2 cars.
Soon the owners will have a say when it is turned over to them.
Apartments are apartments as far a noise. Unless you live in an old concrete building, you have to expect some sounds.
