I've lived here for about a month and love it. I'm not sure why these people complained so much but I'm guessing it's because they went through the conversion. The location of the building can't be beat. It's close to everything. The shuttle bus to the metro makes commuting easy. The noise isn't any different than living in any other apt./condo setting and it's always very quiet at night. Check it out for yourself. Don't just go on what the other people have said.
