We moved in as condo owners May of 2004. The management were morons who bought tacky pieces of decoration and "modern art" that I could do better with my puke. The mirror in the basement elevator area has tape marks on it, recently cleaned off by perhaps, a resident.

The noise is as horrible as the other people say. Luckily the people here are very decent folk and so they don't throw loud parties or speak loudly. But yes, you can hear people take a piss or talk on the phone to the point of being indecent.

The condos are being sold (have all been sold out) as-is or furnished but depending on the buyer. Lots of people are looking to re-sell though (as you can see here) so just pust up a flyer in a lobby somewhere.

They say it's a "gated community" but anyone can sneak in as the gates open long enough for three cars to get through. It gets stuck all the time. People can't get in buildings as easily but there still have been suspicious people sneaking in and trying to steal stuff. I made the police reports myself.

I hated this place to the point of homicidal urges when I first moved in because of the low-classed apartment renters downstairs whose lease ran out in July (thank god). But the good points are an outdoor pool, garage parking (for some), and a small indoor gym. The lobbys are very nice.

I am slightly worried about reselling this place due to the noise, but I think other people are right--expect this from new buildings or apartment buildings that aren't asbestos insulated :)

The location is SUPERB and for the price in this area it is still a steal. The condo fee is around 200 dollars, which is very nice, water fee included.
