Beware, Agents Getting Desperate...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
This particular complex has over 25 active at the moment. These condos are being dumped. Prices are coming down. Expect another 20% at least.

I looked at these years ago when I was renter. I had never seen such shoddy construction. Condos should never be built of wood and vinyl. They will not last. Expect them to be ghettofied within 20 years.
