I am with you, it's about time this market fizzels with all the artifically inflated prices around the D.C. area. I will give you an example. I moved into an old condo in arlington in 2000. The unit was selling at that time for $51.000.00 it was bought for $38.000.00 in 1984, so between 1984 and 2000 it only gained $13.000.00 in 16 years. Now the place is going for $180.000.00 so thats a gain of $129.000.00 in 6 years. I cant wait for the bottom to drop out of this market and IT WILL. BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!
