Hi I've been living at the pointe for about a year now and this place is NOT worth the money. It's a *gated* community that is not very secure. Packages get lifted right off your doorstep! there is a noise problem and you can hear evey single thing that the person upstairs is doing! There is also poor management and things are not very well communicated from the board to apartment residents. it is quite frustrating to pay for amentitites when it is just a superficial sense of well-being. I have never lived at a place where your private property is just stlen from you and management does not do anything. horrible.

Completely disagree. If you are interested in living at the Pointe you must come and see for yourself. Management has improved over the years and they continue to promote a friendly neighborhood complex.
