Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Park Center for a year and I had to post seeing how there were literrally like "Porjects" and crime ridden complex's above Park Center in ranking! I had a fine time there. I lived there between 2005 and 2006. Was on fourth floor so noise above me was never a problem. The grounds were well kept and the building was always clean.
I'd recommend it, or at least check it out. These ratings seem unfair compared to the buildings ahead of it!
