Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
cheap place to live but with problems:

- alot of roaches and insects
- filthy air ducts
- noisy tenants
- dirty tenants who leave garbage in the hallways, elevators, etc.
- water shut-off about once a month for repairs

but its cheap!
and the management is pretty friendly
