I heavily regretted about my
desicion to move here, shortly
after I settled down at the POA.

1. Building stuff does plain nothing
to fix apartments problems!
Problems you will have here WILL ALWAYS
be left up to you. Management simply dont care.
Don't hope this will change any time soon. Never...

2. Roaches love this building, because
its always dirty greasy and stinky.
Stairways acquired permanent urine smell.

3. Uitlities bills are OUTRAGEOUS (for
efficiency they never get smaller then $65/mth), dont
matter how frugal you are, because costs
are divided between all the residents "to help to save you on your bill", how it was
explained to me by a manager.

4. Elevators never work properly, even despite recent "upgrade" efforts. It's been
very annoying. Often it is faster to take a stair to get down from the 13-th floor.

5. If you live on the side of the bldg. that faces Mt.Vernon Ave. - get ready for the permanent noise intrusion. In addition to Latino music pouring from most of your neighboring apts.
you will enjoy accords of diesel buses and trucks, amb./police sirens, car alarms and ever-going construction.

The only advantage of living here - is proximity of the HWY I-395.

I will never recommend this place to anyone!
Be smarter than I was - stay away from POA!!
