Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I toured this complex with thoughts of renting. The elevators only stopped on two floors out of eleven or so.
There was roaches in the bathroom during the tour.
I was pressured to hurry and pay 100 dollars to reserve before I even saw a unit.
One apartment sounded like it had a honda civic in it playing music it was so loud.
The front door to the building was unlocked letting anyone in. It didnt seem safe knowing the community is a high crime community in alexandria.The leasing agent didnt seem to mind that young men in their 20s are just loitering and coming and going as they please.
I did not rent there.
