They lie about how they calculate the utility bills. Can you believe 1 bedroom with 1 person gets a monthly bill of $200, and even one $300. And when you ask them about it, they don't have the time to explain how they calculate it. They say its common sense, however, I don't know about you, its never common sense when the utility bills are this super high. My son lives in a 2 bedroom just down the street with 3 of them in it and his highest utility bill was $125 this winter. He couldn't believe it when he saw my $300 one and I'm one person almost never home.

And the roaches will eat you for breakfast.

The management is mean and nasty. If you get locked out any time of the day you pay a fee of $25, even if someone sole your purse.

The move in fee -- or what they call a move in fee is said to be a move out fee -- at least they tell you this when you move in. But they change that tune when you move out. All of a sudden its a move in fee then. Talk about bait and switch.

They lie about everything. They don't want you to know the truth. They get annoyed with you when you do ask for details.

Recommend staying away if at all possible.

And there isn't any security either. Deadbeats sleep in the lobby and laundry rooms. I caught one this past week again.
